All ENDURA products are manufactured in accordance with National Tool Manufacturing
Standard and International Tool Manufacturing Standard.
Within 360 days after you purchase ENDURA tools, you can have them fixed for free or exchanged for a new one at the local dealer's, provided the products cannot be normally used owing to
their own quality problem.
Products broken owing to non-quality problem can be offered excellent service at the local
dealer's. Buyers will be charged according to the toll standard established by ENDURA.
In order to guarantee efficient and effective service to you, dealers authorized by ENDURA should conform to the following service principles:
A. Dealers should give priority to the matter that customers can continue their work even if the tools go wrong.
B. Buyers should submit the related purchasing receipt if they expect after-service.
C. Free service doesn't apply to rust, desquamation, nick on surface, broken plastic grips and broken packing material,
for example, paper box, plastic box, paper card, etc.
D. Free service doesn't apply to broken products caused by natural wear and tear.
E. Free service doesn't apply to broken products caused by non-proper use. The maintenance lots can charge buyers
according to the repairing standard established by ENDURA.
F. For those failing to be normally used with exchanged accessories, buyer can have them exchanged.
G. Buyers who expect after service should fill in the complete standard Quality Service Card.
H. Users should properly use the tools according to the product instructions.
